Course description

In this course you will study the gasdynamic processes that are important in astronomy. The basic equations which describe gas motions are studied, and the influence of magnetic field, shocks, turbulence, instabilities, gravitation and radiation are investigated. The course also gives an introduction to numerical methods available to solve the gasdynamic equations.
