Course description

In this you course you will study radiation transfer, absorption and emission effects as well as hydromagnetic effects in stellar atmospheres and interstellar gas. Important topics are radiation transfer and the origin and interpretation of spectral lines in stellar atmospheres as well as in nebulae and interstellar atomic and molecular clouds. Numerical and analytical models are for stellar atmospheres, stellar winds, supernova remnants and planetary nebulae are discussed.
