Course description

In this course you will first study the physical processes that are important to understand the structure of stars: hydrostatic equilibrium, equations of state, nuclear reactions, energy transfer and opacities. Then you will study the evolution from stellar formation through the main sequence to late stages (red giants) and finally to stages like white dwarfs, supernovae and neutron stars.
